Some people stumble into their calling. Jackie Taylor knew hers at six years old, when she made a promise to her dad that she'd own her own business one day.
At fourteen, she planned her parents' surprise anniversary party, personally calling aunts and uncles to coordinate food, drinks, and a cake. When her parents walked through the door, the looks on their faces said everything. That moment never left her.
More than 30 years later, that same instinct drives every event Prime Time touches. What started as a personal mission has grown into a full-service event planning and concierge company serving the Chicago suburbs and beyond.
The team has expanded, the events have grown, and the promise has never changed.

Jacqueline Taylor
CEO and Founder
Jackie spent decades in higher education administration before turning her lifelong passion into a business. As a retired assistant to a dean at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, she brought the same precision and care to her professional life that she'd always applied to the events she planned for fun. Today, she leads Prime Time with warmth, grit, and an eye for the details that make an event feel personal rather than produced.
Jackie is a wife to her high school sweetheart and mother to two accomplished daughters, one of whom works alongside her every day. Four former clients have liked working with Prime Time so much that they joined the team after their own events. That says more about Jackie's leadership than any award could.

Brittany has always been the person people call when they need something to look and feel exactly right. With a background spanning institutional program development to large-scale celebrations, she has a rare ability to take an idea that exists only in someone's head and turn it into something real and personal. At Prime Time, she makes sure every event has a distinct point of view and a personal touch that reflects the people it's for.

After many years of being the "go-to" person for everything creative, I have developed a unique skill for making what people thought was only a vision into a reality. I have experience ranging from developing and structuring institutional programs to planning extravagant birthday celebrations solely from an idea."

She builds budgets tailored to each event, manages financial logistics, and ensures there are no surprises. Her steady, organized approach gives clients the confidence to make decisions without second-guessing every dollar.
"Planning anything in your life requires some sort of finance and preparation. As a finance administrator, I serve as the organizational, finance, and accounting leader within PTE. My services to clients are to create the ideal budgets for the scale of your event, provide customer service to clients, and resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams. When it comes to celebrating or needing assistance in finding information/services, I can assure you that PTE is prepared to meet all of your standards and beyond. Jackie has a saying: "I have a gift for uniting people in celebration." It's not a marketing line. It's the reason Prime Time exists.
Most event companies focus on logistics. Timelines, vendor lists, floor plans. Those things matter, and Prime Time handles all of them. But the real work is something different. It's the phone call that puts a nervous bride at ease three weeks before the wedding. It's the team member who steps in to handle something no one planned for without anyone noticing. It's the feeling, at the end of the night, that everything was exactly right.
Prime Time operates on the belief that every client deserves to be fully present at their own event. Not managing it. Not worrying about it. Just in it. That's what the team trains for, plans for, and shows up for every single time.
Relationships are at the center of everything here. Clients don't feel like accounts. They feel like family.
